Vietnam Quality Accreditation Institute (VACI Accreditation Institute) was established under Decision No. 06/QD HTCCLVN, dated May 9, 2019 of the Vietnam Association of Science and Technology on Standards and Quality. On July 8, 2019 the Vietnam Institute of Quality Recognition was granted the Certificate of Registration of Science and Technology activities by the Ministry of Science and Technology No. A – 2093. October 3, 2019 to November 9, 2020 Vietnam Quality Accreditation Institute is granted Operation Registration Certificate on eligibility for accreditation operation No: 3128/TC-HCHQ; 3272/TC-HCHQ; 3128/TCC-HCHQ; 3688/TCC-HCHQ and 652/TCC-HCHQ issued by the General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality.

VACI Accreditation Institute is a Vietnamese third-party accreditation organization born in the spirit of socializing scientific and technological activities. Currently, the Institute is in the process of developing and implementing services within the specified scope, in order to support domestic and foreign organizations with the trend of international integration and development.

Carry out accreditation activities for certification bodies, laboratories, calibration laboratories, inspection bodies and other conformity assessment bodies

VACI Accreditation Institute has developed and applied a management system according to ISO 17011, the leadership of VACI Accreditation Institute will follow the plan and legal requirements of Vietnam.
