LABOR Accreditation ACTIVITIES (VALAS) is one of the accreditation activities of the Vietnam Accreditation Institute (VACI).

Medical laboratory activities (also known as testing) are classified into the areas of testing. Each field of testing includes many types of tests and specific test criteria. Laboratory accreditation is carried out for specific fields, subjects and testing criteria.
- Hematology (general hematology, coagulation, hematology, bone marrow testing, specialized hematology)
- Blood transfusion (blood bank, blood bank survey, pathogen screening, blood group serology
Bacterial, virological, Rikettsia, parasitic, fungal, arthropod (direct (morphological) microscopy, ultrastructural electron microscopy, biology) molecular biology, culture, identification, resistance testing, serology, genetic testing).
Pathology – autopsy, pathology – surgery, pathology – experiment, biopsy, fine-needle aspiration cytology, detachment cytology (histopathology examination), immunohistochemistry, molecular biology, immunofluorescence, genetic testing).
